Dela has over two decades of leadership and consulting roles with major European and international organizations across Banking & (Re)insurance, Technology, Industry, and Infrastructure. He now turns his focus on helping Ghana and Africa develop. He founded GCA to strengthen Ghana’s governance culture, rebuild national identity, and mobilize citizens and the diaspora for long‑term national renewal.
